• Weekly online meetings with 30+ attendees since March 2020, with reports on emerging needs and assets

• Increased CBO membership by over 50% during COVID-19 response

• Garnered attention as the “go-to” organization for community collaboration, by Johns Hopkins Urban Health Institute, Johns Hopkins’ community engagement and service learning office SOURCE, Johns Hopkins University President’s Office, Johns Hopkins Government and Community Affairs, the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and others

• Received over $47k in philanthropic contributions and private donations in 2020

• Recipient of the Fulton Forward Foundation Impact Award ($50,000) in 2020

• Applied for more than $300k in state and local grants between May and August 2020

• Approached to collaborate in 4 federally funded grant proposals (i.e., NIH, etc.) as the Baltimore CONNECT network, which could provide more than $750k in funds over 3 years

• Distributed 23,380 masks to 26 CBOs in response to COVID-19 as of August 2020

• Launched brand and website redesign in 2020, with influx of new funds and in preparation to begin social media strategy in Fall 2020

• Developed and circulated weekly newsletter for CBOs, with community resources, COVID-19 testing site information, and other useful information

• Contributed to the safe re-opening of Northeast Market

• Contributed to census outreach efforts, helping to increase engagement and participation among East Baltimore residents
