Baltimore CONNECT is sharing a call for proposals from the Baltimore Children & Youth Fund (BCYF) for an Anti-Adultism Learning Circle Facilitator or Facilitation Team.
Through BCYF’s 2027 Learning Lab, the selected facilitator or team will lead an interactive, train-the-trainer experience to help community leaders challenge adultism, strengthen shared decision-making and embed meaningful youth leadership practices in their organizations.
BCYF seeks applicants with experience in anti-adultism and youth leadership, strong facilitation and training skills, and a commitment to racial justice and community-centered leadership. Applicants should also bring a passion for working with grassroots and youth-serving organizations.
Proposal deadline: November 13, 2026, at 7 PM ET.
