Our Purpose
Our Baltimore CONNECT Community Conference is an annual regional gathering designed to increase awareness of local community services and resources, strengthen connections across organizations, and expand access to care for underserved residents in Baltimore City.
With more than 150 attendees last year—including nonprofits, community groups, faith-based organizations, healthcare systems, and city agencies—the conference fosters collaboration and uplifts community-informed solutions to social and healthcare challenges.
The 2026 theme, Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers, emphasizes advancing equity by strengthening partnerships and removing obstacles to resources.
