About Baltimore CONNECT

Baltimore CONNECT is a collaborative network of over 40 community, faith-based, and neighbourhood organisations in East Baltimore. Our mission is to advocate for residents’ needs and connect them to coordinated health and human services. Most of our partners serve low-income individuals and families, many of whom face challenges navigating health insurance or the healthcare system. While we facilitate access to healthcare, we also address social needs—like food, housing, and transportation—so residents can prioritize their health.
