Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget Manager to support financial operations, grant tracking, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring our programs remain financially sound and aligned with funder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial transactions in QuickBooks
Track grant budgets and conduct variance analysis
Prepare financial reports and visual dashboards
Support audits and maintain documentation
Assist with forecasting and funding projections
Ideal Candidate
Experienced with QuickBooks and Excel
Background in nonprofit finance or grant management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to translate financial data into actionable insights
Experience working with community-based organizations strongly preferred
