Hours: ~8 hours/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Budget Manager to support financial operations, grant tracking, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring our programs remain financially sound and aligned with funder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions in QuickBooks

  • Track grant budgets and conduct variance analysis

  • Prepare financial reports and visual dashboards

  • Support audits and maintain documentation

  • Assist with forecasting and funding projections

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced with QuickBooks and Excel

  • Background in nonprofit finance or grant management

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Able to translate financial data into actionable insights

  • Experience working with community-based organizations strongly preferred
