Behavioral Health System Baltimore | BHSB Offering Office Furniture, Supplies & PPE Items
Behavioral Health System Baltimore, Inc. (BHSB) is offering the Baltimore City behavioral health provider network gently used office furniture, office supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) items for a flat fee of $1.00. To view some of the items available, click here.
Providers must be available on Thursday, January 22, to choose their preferred furniture, office supplies, and/or PPE items at the BHSB office. All items are first-come, first-served. Following this selection date, providers will be contacted individually by email to schedule pick-up.

Please note:
After completing the form, Provider Relations will reach out via email with details about the selection date. If you do not receive an email within two days of completing the form, please email: provider-relations@bhsbaltimore.org.
There will not be alternative selection dates, unless there is an inclement weather event. In this instance, communication about a “rain date” will be provided to all providers who have submitted the form.
The selection date is not the pick-up date for furniture items. Provider Relations will reach out via email to coordinate a pick-up date after selections have been made on January 22.
Small items, such as office supplies and PPE, can be removed on the selection date. Providers are responsible for bringing bags or boxes as needed.
A flat fee of $1.00 must be paid in cash on the scheduled pick-up date.
Providers will be required to complete a waiver, which will be collected on the scheduled pick-up date.
Providers who do not schedule a pick-up date, or do not show for their scheduled pick-up date, will forfeit their selected items.
Providers are responsible for coordinating adequate staff (two or more), transportation, and bags/boxes for their scheduled pick-up date. This also includes breakdown and removal of furniture items from the BHSB office.
