🚀 About the Program

The Saturday Leadership Program (SLP) is a transformative leadership experience for 8th to 12th grade students in Baltimore. Organized by the Greater Baltimore Urban League, this free program builds advocacy, leadership, and college/career readiness through community-based projects, enrichment activities, and mentorship.

  • Oct 1 – Orientation (Virtual)

  • Oct 8 – Advocacy Workshop (Virtual)

  • Oct 11 – Youth Day in Annapolis (In-person)

  • Oct 17 – Meal Prep Service Activity

  • Oct 18 – Fall Fest with Blue Water Baltimore

  • Oct 22 – Black Power Workshop (Virtual)

  • Oct 25 – UMBC Retriever Day Campus Visit
