Meet Cierra D. Jones | Founder of Noble Gems

Cierra D. Jones is the Founder, President, and Executive Director of The Noble Gems Foundation Inc. and CEO of Noble Gems Community Health Services LLC. Her work focuses on community health education, care coordination, benefits navigation, social services, senior wellness, diabetes prevention, housing stability, caregiver support, youth engagement, and community outreach.

With experience across preventive health, chronic disease management, community resources, and health equity, Cierra leads initiatives that help build healthier, stronger communities across Maryland.
